RonnAnn Naedele-Risha, D.O. leads the medical strategy and consulting efforts of TIP Research. An Internal Medicine physician, with 13 years of broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Naedele-Risha began her industry career prior to medical school as a professional sales representative with Eli Lilly. After completing an internal medicine residency at Hahnemann University Hospital, Dr. Naedele-Risha served as Medical Director at a statelicensed healthcare facility. She rejoined the pharmaceutical industry initially as a Medical Science Liaison and then moved into management roles in Medical Affairs at GlaxoSmithKline and Shire Pharmaceuticals. Her broad experience includes opinion leader management and medical strategy development.
Irena B. Petsche, Ph.D. leads the development of tools and processes to facilitate the collection, analysis, and distribution of information. Dr. Petsche has over 25 years of experience in business process analysis, data analysis and software implementation, with the last decade focused on developing and deploying Sales Force Automation and Key Opinion Leader management solutions. A creative problem solver with patents and scientific publications to her credit, Dr. Petsche, a Six Sigma Black Belt and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), uses her analytical and process skills for business process improvement and the collection and analysis of data to support critical business processes for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Dr. Petsche has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.
